*Trim Crew publishes a regular staff directory which includes the employee's name, title, phone extension, work address, email address, and may include personal
information. This publication is made available to all of Trim Crew employees and, when legally required, may be available by request to the general public.

I am aware that Trim Crew manages social media posts on sites such as Facebook, Linkedln, and Twitter and may be taking pictures of employees and posting the pictures from time to time. I authorize the Company to post pictures that I may be in for the purpose of representing the Company. Pictures may include a first name and no personal information of employees other than their first name will be posted on social media websites without prior permission. I further acknowledge that the Company may publish personal information I have released to various networks as marked above. I am aware that the pictures or information may be published without notifying employees prior. I also give the Company full permission to continue to use any pictures for social media posts after I have terminated employment with the Company.
